Please appreciate that we cannot wait to welcome you, However, we must have these policies in place to protect us all.
Failure to comply with salon policies may result in refusal of service and charged for your full appointment.

Treatment Times
Quite often we are working to a tight schedule, therefore if you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment may have to be shortened. If you are running too late, we may have to reschedule your appointment and late cancellation fees will apply.
There is free parking on site, but please allow time for traffic when making your way to an appointment. I will also try make everyone as aware as possible if there is road works, closures or any other issues to allow extra travel time to your appointment.
Cancellations
Please provide 48 hours to cancel or amend appointments to avoid late cancellation charges.
your booking deposit fee (15% or 30% depending on treatment) of original treatment fee will be kept if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment. you will need to pay another booking fee if you wanted to rebook another appointment.
50% of original treatment fee will be charged if you cancel on the day or fail to turn up to your appointment.
You will be required to pay these charges immediately or failing this, before your next treatment is booked.
Booking Fee
We only take bookings via our online booking system - this will ask for your card details upon booking which in turn protects us from last minute cancellations and no shows. even if you phone or message my social media to book it will all be booked via the online system.
All bookings can be made from a minimum of 60mins before up to 5 months in advance, i highly recommend booking as many appointments as you possibly can in advance to avoid disappointment. i do try my best to fit everyone in to keep to regular appointments by providing day time, late evenings and weekend.
Treatment booking deposit fee's are either 15% or 30% of the treatment cost, this is to secure your appointment.
if you do not show to your appointment you will be charge 50% of the treatment value. you will also be required to pay another booking fee if you wanted another appointment.
If you have a course of treatments or would use a gift voucher, you must still book this way with your card details.
Please note - no payment will be taken until your appointment, except circumstances where we need to charge your card.
